1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the participant ("Participant", "you", "your") and TennAce Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for our junior tennis programs, camps, or any other services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration and Participation

2.1 Participants must complete the registration process through our platform Coacha, which includes providing accurate and up-to-date information.

2.2 Participants must adhere to the age and skill-level requirements specified for each program.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Fees for our programs are detailed on our website and are payable in advance.

3.2 Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway or by bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

3.3 Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Tennace does not refund classes that you are unable to attend, nor are alternative ‘catch-up’ lessons on a different day offered.

4.2 Your fees will not be refunded if you choose to stop before the end of the course dates set out above.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation in our programs.

5.2 Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during sessions and must follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches.

6. Injury Waiver

6.1 Tennis is a physical sport, and participation carries with it certain inherent risks of injury. By participating in TennAce Academy's programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6.2 TennAce Academy, its coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during sessions.

7. Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

7.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

8. Liability

8.1 Participation in our programs involves inherent risks. TennAce Academy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during sessions.

8.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. TennAce Academy is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

9. Media Consent

9.1 Photographs and videos may be taken during our sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media without compensation.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
